I believe therapy should be accessible, transparent, and rooted in trust. Below you’ll find my current rates, as well as options for sliding scale support.

My rate for individual therapy is $250 per 45-minute session.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. My sliding scale rate starts at $200 per session. I follow the Green Bottle Method based on individual financial needs.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance.
However, I can provide superbills upon request, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care may cost.
If you'd like one, I’m happy to provide it upon request.
